I suspect confusion on instructions came from "Subject" specification but no "Subject" field in the ICS-309. RX Image upper left quadrant of primary monitor; I believe it has appeared on my secondary monitor in the past but not certain. Will send notes and screenshot via followup email. de KD0YCF k

2020-12-28 03:15:14 KC0RRS: Image returned via e-mail. Instructions were baffling, and I expect I flunked. Order of stations that you send never matches NCM, so which station is 3rd is up to interpretation. Right answers matter. What happened in Nashville should be a wakeup call to people who rely on cell phones or Internet for communications. That includes Fusion radio users and EM departments. Sadly, Emergency Management in Nashville was approached by ARES, and was told "Naaah, we got this. We are professionals." 7 3 KC0RRS
